15-26A-87.2. Motions--Answers to motions--Generally. Unless otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, motions shall be served upon all adverse parties, and the original and five copies of the motion, together with proof of service thereof, shall be filed with the clerk of the Supreme Court. An adverse
party may respond to a motion by filing the original and five
copies of a response, together with proof of service thereof, with
the clerk of the Supreme Court within ten days after service of the
motion, or within such time as may be otherwise directed by the
court.
