1-19A-28. Promotional materials to
consider designated heritage areas--Prioritizing heritage areas for
historic properties benefits. Each agency of state government that
produces promotional materials targeted to the visiting public
shall accord special consideration to designated heritage areas.
Each applicable agency of state government shall include heritage
areas when establishing priorities for benefits accruing to
historic properties, including appropriations or other funding for
development of historic properties.
