Former Sections 51-5-80 to 51-5-100 were derived from 1962 Code Sections 70-45.7, 70-45.13, 70-45.16; 1974 (58) 2353.
Former Section 51-5-80 prohibited the exercise of eminent domain.
Former Section 51-5-90 specified that title shall revert when donated land no longer used.
Former Section 51-5-100 provided a formulation of comprehensive water and related land use plans.
