§ 39-8-5 Railroads on highways subject to prescribed terms.
§ 39-8-5 Railroads on highways subject to prescribed terms. – All railroads upon any street or highway in any town or city in this state shall be laid out, constructed, used, and continued therein under the terms and conditions named in §§ 39-8-6 – 39-8-8.
