§ 5-68-5 - Licensing by training and examination.
SECTION 5-68-5
§ 5-68-5 Licensing by training and examination. – Any person desiring to become a licensed radiographer, a licensed nuclear medicine technologist and/or a licensed radiation therapist shall make application to the board on a written form and in the manner that the board prescribes, shall pay all the required application fees and shall furnish evidence to the board that the applicant:
(1) Has successfully completed a training program approved by the board;
(2) Has passed the examination given by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (as specified in the rules and regulations); and
(3) Is of good moral character.
