§ 5-68-13 - Severability.

SECTION 5-68-13

   § 5-68-13  Severability. – If any part of this chapter is held unconstitutional or invalid, all parts that are severable from the invalid or unconstitutional part remain in effect. If a part of this chapter is held unconstitutional or invalid in one or more of its applications, the valid part remains in effect and all constitutional and valid applications are severable from the invalid applications.
