§ 5-40-8 Application fee for physical therapists. – When an application is submitted to the division of professional regulation for a license to practice physical therapy in Rhode Island pursuant to this chapter, either by endorsement or by examination, the applicant shall pay a fee of one hundred and seventy dollars ($170) to the state department of health.
