§ 5-34-40.3 Application fee for psychiatric and mental health clinical nurse specialists. – The initial application fee for licensure as a psychiatric and mental health clinical nurse specialist shall be one hundred and thirty dollars ($130). The renewal fee for a psychiatric and mental health clinical nurse specialist shall be one hundred and thirty dollars ($130) biennially; ninety dollars ($90.00) for the registered nurse fee plus forty dollars ($40.00) for the psychiatric and mental health clinical nurse specialist. The fee for application for prescriptive privileges shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
