§ 5-30-12 - Annual registration – Payment of fees.

SECTION 5-30-12

   § 5-30-12  Annual registration – Payment of fees. – Annually, during the month of October in each year, every person granted a certificate to practice chiropractic medicine shall register his or her name, address, and place of business with the division of professional regulation of the department of health. The division shall keep a book for that purpose, and each person registering shall pay a fee of one hundred and seventy dollars ($170) and shall receive a certificate of registration for the next succeeding fiscal year, unless the certificate of practice has been suspended or revoked for cause, as provided in § 5-30-13. All fees for examination, for certificate of exemption from examination, and for annual registration shall be deposited as general revenues.
