§ 45-33-10 - Continuing validity of signatures – Negotiability of bonds.

SECTION 45-33-10

   § 45-33-10  Continuing validity of signatures – Negotiability of bonds. – In case any of the members or officers of the agency whose signatures appear on any bonds or coupons cease to be members or officers before the delivery of the bonds, their signatures are, nevertheless, valid and sufficient for all purposes, the same as if they had remained in office until delivery. Any provision of any law to the contrary notwithstanding, any bonds issued pursuant to chapters 31 – 33 of this title are fully negotiable.
