2005 Rhode Island Code - § 40.1-27-7 — Nonretaliation or discrimination.

A program which discharges, discriminates, or retaliates against a person who makes a report, testifies, or is about to testify in any proceeding, shall be liable to the person so discharged, discriminated, or retaliated against, for treble damages, costs, and attorneys' fees.
