2005 Rhode Island Code - § 40.1-1-11 — Housing for traumatically brain injured persons.

The department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals shall have full authority and jurisdiction over the construction and staffing of group homes for traumatically brain injured persons; provided however, the department shall consult with the Rhode Island chapter of the national head injury foundation regarding the construction and staffing of group homes.
