2005 Rhode Island Code - § 39-8-15 — Failure to erect signs or ring bell.

Every railroad corporation which shall neglect or refuse to comply with the provisions of §§ 39-8-13 and 39-8-14 shall be fined not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000); and the corporation shall be liable for all damages sustained by any person by reason of neglect or refusal on the part of the corporation.
