2005 Rhode Island Code - § 39-6-2 — Unlicensed road as nuisance.

    Every railroad or portion of a railroad built in this state for public use, by itself or in connection with any other railroad, without charter or license from the general assembly first had and obtained, is declared to be a public nuisance.
