2005 Rhode Island Code - § 39-27-9 — Severability of provisions.
The provisions of this chapter shall be severable and if the application of any clause, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, section or part of this chapter shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the application of any other clause, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, section or part of this chapter.Disclaimer: These codes may not be the most recent version.
