2005 Rhode Island Code - § 39-2-22 — Seven digit dialing option.

    In addition to other dialing, where technically and economically feasible, a telecommunications public utility shall make available to users a seven (7) digit dialing capability for completion of intrastate Rhode Island calls outside the local calling area, unless specifically directed otherwise by the customer.
