2005 Rhode Island Code - § 39-18-21 — Agreements and certifications regarding state and federal funds.

    The authority and the department of transportation shall be authorized and empowered to enter into agreements, between each other and with others, providing for the assignment to the authority of all or part of any grants, loan, or other money or property of whatever nature received or to be received by the department; and the department of transportation is hereby authorized and empowered to certify to the authority or to others, amount of funds or property from any federal agency or other source received or to be received or reasonably expected to be received or applied for, which funds or property have been or will be or are expected to be assigned to the authority.
