2005 Rhode Island Code - § 39-1-8 — Quorum – Meetings.

    A majority of the commissioners shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business, except as provided in § 39-1-11. Meetings of the commission may be held at any time or place upon the call of any member, after a reasonable notice by mail or telegraph to the other members, and shall be held at such times and places as in the judgment of the commission will best serve the convenience of all parties in interest.
