2005 Rhode Island Code - § 39-1-56 — Filing system – Commission rules.

    By December 31, 1997, the commission shall establish a filing system and technical rules for the administration of such system. The commission shall establish and maintain a separate system of records to reflect the date and time of receipt of all filings made pursuant to this chapter, and shall provide that transfers of intangible transition property to an assignee shall be filed in accordance with such system.
