2005 Rhode Island Code - § 33-13-1 — Notice of devise or bequest to corporation or association.

    Within thirty (30) days after the admission to probate of any will containing a devise or bequest to any corporation or voluntary association, the clerk of the probate court before which the will is proved shall deposit in the post office, postage paid, a written notice of the devise or bequest directed to the devisee or legatee at the place where it is located, if the same is known.
