2005 Rhode Island Code - § 33-11-8 — Determination of executor\'s or administrator\'s claim.

    If an executor or administrator shall file a claim which he or she had against the testator or intestate in his or her lifetime, the probate court shall examine and determine the claim. If there is a co-executor or co-administrator, he or she shall represent the estate at the hearing; otherwise, the probate court may appoint some person to represent the estate.
