2005 Rhode Island Code - § 33-11-46 — Proof of claim paid before appointment of commissioner.

    In case of an insolvent estate, if the executor or administrator has paid any just claim due to a creditor in full or in part before the probate court hearing, he or she may prove the claim before the court; provided, the court may allow the proof to be made at a hearing on an account filed by the estate representative.
