2005 Rhode Island Code - § 33-11-33 — Interest on claims against solvent estate.

    In solvent estate cases, the probate court shall allow interest to the expiration of the commission on claims carrying interest, and on claims not carrying interest to the same time from the death of the testator or intestate; upon claims not due and not bearing interest they shall discount the sum as will reduce them to their present value.
