2005 Rhode Island Code - § 33-11-24 — Hearings on insolvent estates.

    An executor or administrator, at any time during administration, may represent the insolvent estate to the probate court, and apply for the probate court to examine and determine claims. If the probate court finds the estate is probably insolvent, and there are claims which have been disallowed, it shall schedule a hearing on the claims.
