2005 Rhode Island Code - § 33-11-21 — Estate rendered insolvent by claims after allowance of account.
If an executor or administrator pays out, in accordance with law, the whole of the estate, he or she shall not be required, in consequence of the filing of further claims, to represent the estate insolvent, but this payment, after allowance of his or her account, shall bar any action against him or her.Disclaimer: These codes may not be the most recent version.
