2005 Rhode Island Code - § 33-11-17 — Hearings by court.

    The probate court shall give notice to creditors whose claims are referred of the time when and place where their claims will be scheduled for hearing. The court shall attempt to schedule the hearings within thirty (30) days after the expiration of the time limited for proving claims, unless further time for cause shown is allowed by the court.
