2005 Rhode Island Code - § 33-11-12 — Party against whom contingent claim enforced – Time of bringing action.

    The action referred to in § 33-11-11 shall be brought against the executor or administrator, if he or she has been required to deposit assets therefor in the registry of the court, and an action against the executor or administrator may be brought although the period of two (2) years, referred to in § 33-11-50, has elapsed; otherwise, the action shall be brought upon the bond given under § 33-11-10.
