2005 Rhode Island Code - § 31-41.1-11 — Jurisdiction.

(a) The traffic tribunal shall have exclusive original jurisdiction over the adjudication of charges under § 31-27-2.1 (Refusal to submit to chemical test).

(b) Nothing in subsection (a) of this section shall be deemed to abrogate the jurisdiction of any municipal court under the provisions of chapter 18 of title 8 of the general laws.
