2005 Rhode Island Code - § 23-6-23 — Administrative relief.

    Any person who believes that he or she has been unlawfully discriminated against in housing, employment, the granting of credit, public accommodations, or delivery of services on the basis of a positive HIV test, or perception of a positive test, may bring action for administrative relief before the Rhode Island human rights commission; and that commission may hear the matter and grant relief in those cases.
