2005 Rhode Island Code - § 23-6-16 — Due process – Right to bring suit.

    Nothing in §§ 23-6-10 – 23-6-24 shall be construed to limit or deprive any person of his or her right to due process of law, or to bar an action for relief and/or damages before a court of competent jurisdiction.
