2005 Rhode Island Code - § 23-39-11 — Fees.

    (a) The director, in consultation with the board, shall establish a schedule of reasonable fees for licenses, and for renewal of licenses for respiratory care practitioners.

   (b) The initial application fee shall be one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125).

   (c) A biennial license renewal fee shall be established in an amount of one hundred dollars ($100).
