2005 Rhode Island Code - § 23-25-6.1 — Registration fee – Surcharge.

In addition to the annual registration fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) as required by § 23-25-6, an additional fifty dollar ($50.00) registration surcharge fee shall be imposed upon each pesticide to be sold or used within the state. The registration surcharge fee shall be deposited as general revenues.
