2005 Rhode Island Code - § 23-22-10 — Duplicate license – Displaying license after suspension or revocation.

    Whenever a license while still effective may become defaced or destroyed, the department of health shall, upon application, issue a duplicate license upon payment of a fee of two dollars ($2.00) to the department. It shall be unlawful for any person to display or to keep displayed any license after the person has received notice of the suspension or revocation of the license.
