2005 Rhode Island Code - § 23-18.3-2 — Quorum.

Eleven (11) members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business. The speaker of the house shall make available suitable quarters for commission meetings. Meetings may be called upon reasonable notice by the chairperson.
