2005 Rhode Island Code - § 23-17.4-31 — Establishment of fees.

The director may establish reasonable fees for the licensure application, licensure renewal, and administrative actions under this chapter. Annual licensure fees shall be two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) per licensee plus an additional fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per licensed bed, where applicable.
