2005 Rhode Island Code - § 23-1-9 — Annual report to general assembly.

The director of health shall make an annual report to the general assembly of his or her proceedings during the year ending on the thirty-first day of December next preceding, with any suggestions in relation to the sanitary laws and interests of the state that he or she shall deem important.
