928 - Disposition of seized property.

     § 928.  Disposition of seized property.
        All guns, traps, dogs, boats, vehicles or conveyances, or any
     device, implement or appliance, and other shooting, hunting,
     trapping or furtaking paraphernalia seized under this title,
     where the owner thereof escapes arrest and refuses to present
     himself and make claim to the property, shall be held for a
     period of not less than 30 days, after which time the property
     shall be forwarded to the commission and shall be disposed of at
     the discretion of the director. The moneys arising from the sale
     shall be applied to any costs of prosecution accrued and the
     remainder forfeited to the commission and deposited in the Game
     Fund.
