6110 - Detained food.
§ 6110. Detained food. If the department has probable cause to believe that a maple product is adulterated or misbranded, the maple product shall be detained and subsequently disposed of in accordance with the act of July 7, 1994 (P.L.421, No.70), known as the Food Act, and the regulations promulgated under that act. Cross References. Section 6110 is referred to in section 6112 of this title.
