8310 - Eligibility for refunds.

     § 8310.  Eligibility for refunds.
        Upon termination of service any active member, regardless of
     eligibility for benefits, may elect to receive his accumulated
     deductions in lieu of any benefit to which he is entitled.

     8505.1 of this title.
