7737 - Oral trusts unenforceable.

     § 7737.  Oral trusts unenforceable.
        Oral trusts are unenforceable in this Commonwealth.

        Applicability.  Section 16(4)(i) of Act 98 of 2006 provided
     that section 7737 shall not apply to oral trusts created before
     the effective date of par. (4)(i).
