2208 - Forfeiture of right of election.

     § 2208.  Forfeiture of right of election.
        A surviving spouse who under the provisions of section 2106
     (relating to forfeiture) would not be entitled to a share of the
     decedent's estate had he died intestate shall have no right of
     election.
