7624 - Penalty.

     § 7624.  Penalty.
        Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
     any Internet service provider who violates section 7622
     (relating to duty of Internet service provider) commits:
            (1)  A misdemeanor of the third degree for a first
        offense punishable by a fine of $5,000.
            (2)  A misdemeanor of the second degree for a second
        offense punishable by a fine of $20,000.
            (3)  A felony of the third degree for a third or
        subsequent offense punishable by a fine of $30,000 and
        imprisonment for a maximum of seven years.
