Chapter 89 - Limited Liability Companies
8972 - Judicial dissolution.

     § 8972.  Judicial dissolution.
        On application by or for a member, the court may order
     dissolution of a limited liability company whenever it is not
     reasonably practicable to carry on the business in conformity
     with the operating agreement.

     8971 of this title.
