5753 - Membership certificates.

     § 5753.  Membership certificates.
        A nonprofit corporation organized upon a nonstock basis shall
     not issue shares of stock, but membership in such corporation
     may be evidenced by certificates of membership. The fact that
     the corporation is a nonprofit corporation shall be noted
     conspicuously on the face of each certificate.
