5729 - Voting rights of directors.

     § 5729.  Voting rights of directors.
        (a)  General rule.--Unless otherwise provided in a bylaw
     adopted by the members every director shall be entitled to one
     vote.
        (b)  Multiple and fractional voting.--The requirement of this
     article for the presence of or vote or other action by a
     specified percentage of directors shall be satisfied by the
     presence of or vote or other action by directors entitled to
     cast such specified percentage of the votes which all directors
     are entitled to cast.
