     § 5104.  Other general provisions.
        The following provisions of this title are applicable to
     corporations subject to this subpart:
            Section 101 (relating to short title and application of
        title).
            Section 102 (relating to definitions).
            Section 103 (relating to subordination of title to
        regulatory laws).
            Section 104 (relating to equitable remedies).
            Section 105 (relating to fees).
            Section 106 (relating to effect of filing papers required
        to be filed).
            Section 107 (relating to form of records).
            Section 108 (relating to change in location or status of
        registered office provided by agent).
            Section 109 (relating to name of commercial registered
        office provider in lieu of registered address).
            Section 110 (relating to supplementary general principles
        of law applicable).
            Section 132 (relating to functions of Department of
