2525 - Appointment of custodian.

     § 2525.  Appointment of custodian.
        Section 1767(a)(2) (relating to appointment of custodian of
     corporation on deadlock or other cause) shall not be applicable
     to a registered corporation described in section 2502(2)
     (relating to registered corporation status).

        1990 Amendment.  Act 198 added section 2525.
