1733 - Removal of officers and agents.
§ 1733. Removal of officers and agents. Any officer or agent of a business corporation may be removed by the board of directors with or without cause. The removal shall be without prejudice to the contract rights, if any, of any person so removed. Election or appointment of an officer or agent shall not of itself create contract rights.
