63.990 Penalty for signing false document.
OR Rev Stat § 63.990 (through Leg Sess 2011) What's This?
(1) A person commits the crime of falsely signing a document for filing under this chapter if the person signs a document knowing it is false in any material respect with intent that the document be delivered to the office for filing.
(2) Falsely signing a document for filing is a Class B misdemeanor. [1993 c.173 102]
