4725.57 Reciprocity.

4725.57 Reciprocity.

An applicant for licensure as a licensed dispensing optician who is licensed or registered in another state shall be accorded the full privileges of practice within this state, upon the payment of a seventy-five dollar fee and the submission of a certified copy of the license or certificate issued by such other state, without the necessity of examination, if the board determines that the applicant meets the criteria of division (A) of section 4725.48 of the Revised Code and further determines that the educational background or experience of the applicant satisfies the requirements of division (B) of section 4725.48 of the Revised Code.
